By using ShwePyar (ရွှေပြား) at https://shwepyar.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by RustRaccoon Software Company Ltd.. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service provides
ShwePyar provides informational gold purchase estimates based on numbers you enter and a standardization factor published by the Federation of Myanmar Gold Entrepreneurs Association (FMGEA), also known as the Myanmar Gold Entrepreneurs Association (MGEA). Results are estimates only. They are not financial, investment, jewelry appraisal, or purchase advice.
ShwePyar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or developed together with the FMGEA. It is an independent tool for public convenience.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market prices change; verify figures with a trusted source before buying or selling gold.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer in a way that harms the Service, or use the Service to mislead others about gold prices or affiliation with any organization.
Intellectual property
The ShwePyar name, branding, and software are owned by RustRaccoon Software Company Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse the Service’s branding or code except as allowed by applicable law or a separate written license.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RustRaccoon Software Company Ltd. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on estimates it produces.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RustRaccoon Software Company Ltd., including laws of Myanmar where they apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes arising from these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we publish changes.
